Organizing Services

NEEDS ASSESSMENT
(2-hour Action Plan)


  •  This initial consultation is designed to provide value by answering your questions and presenting you with ideas that will be easy to implement.
  •  We’ll identify the cause of your clutter by customizing a plan based on the way you think by showing you where to start, how to begin, the length of time to make changes, space planning, and organizing tools to get you organized and stay that way.
  •  Once the Action Plan is completed, onsite assistance is available to help clients for all or part of the journey.
  •  For clients outside the geographical area, the Needs Assessment is conducted (by virtual tour) of your home or office, and your space will be assessed by phone.


ON-SITE OFFICE ORGANIZING
(5-hour minimum)


  •  We work with you in your office, cubicle, or mobile office digging through the piles, custom-designing a user-friendly filing system based on the unique way you think
  •  Streamline information and paper flow, while learning how to maintain your system
  •  Reduce work stress by improving productivity, cutting through backlogs of work in progress, breaking up the congestion of information and paper flow
  •  Focusing on the use of your time and talents, increase opportunities, and reach your professional goals
  •  Gain the tools to get you out from under the avalanche of paper and clutter


ON-SITE HOME ORGANIZING
(4-hour minimum)


  •  We’ll work hand-in-hand with you to identify and conquer the clutter throughout your entire home
  •  Help you decide what to keep and what to toss
  •  Create a simple system organizing possessions for easy retrieval by defining clear functions for each room of your home
  •  Discover way to maximize storage and reclaim your space where clutter once reigned
  •  Tame and maintain household papers into an efficient home information center
  •  Gain energy from your space by restoring the serenity, gaining access to the things you only use and love
  •  You’ll save money and free up your time and energy for the “important” things in your life

 

“STEPS TO SUCCESS” COACHING PROGRAM
6-Week Program (by telephone)


  •  Can’t get focused because you’re overworked, overstressed, overscheduled, and overwhelmed?
  •  This coaching program is designed to keep you focused and on task, while you work on your project.
  •  We will help you past your obstacles by answering questions you encounter along the way. You will be encouraged and supported by providing you homework, and keeping your project manageable in “bite-size pieces.” This program is designed for 1-hour sessions for 6 weeks.

 

“BACK ON TRACK” MAINTENANCE PROGRAM
Monthly and Quarterly (on-site or by telephone)


  •  We help you analyze your unique relationship with time, define goals, and set priorities seeking accountability with a caring attitude
  •  Design a more effective structure to your day by keeping better track of you daily “to do’s”
  •  Learn how to better manage e-mail, reduce and avoid interruptions, how to have shorter meetings, streamline tasks, cut losses due to missed deadlines, and improve delegation skills
  •  Restore balance by increasing productivity and response time to information requests
  •  Improve your sense of control, clarity, freedom, and satisfaction at the beginning and end of every day
